TERMS OF SERVICE

I. CONDUCT
1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.
2. All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.
3. Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.
4. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.
5. Putting any stage of drawn artwork into AI generators is forbidden along with using artwork as NFTs.II. PAYMENT
1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to $80.
2. On orders above $80 the customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.
3. Payment accepted in USD only.
4. Payment will be requested only via PayPal Invoice.III. PROCESS
1. Customers will fill out the commission form to begin the commission process
2. Commissions are generally expected to take one month from full payment to complete.
3. If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be informed.IV. REVISIONS
1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.
2. A maximum of 3 revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge.
3. Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.
4. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.
2. On orders below $80 the customer will be refunded half the invoice total
3. On orders above $80 the customer will be refunded half the down payment.
4. If the client ceases contact for over 2 months, the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.
5. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
1. Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
2. Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.
3. The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
4. All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.Terms of Service updated on: 1/15/2025
